Who handles your information

Everatio is operated by Echelon Ventures Group LLC. For privacy questions, use our contact form and describe your request.

Information you provide

The inquiry form asks for your name, business email, organization, website, role, service interest and the challenge you want to discuss. We use these details to review fit, respond and manage the conversation. Please do not submit sensitive customer information, health information, passwords or payment details.

Reliable capture and security

We store an accepted inquiry before showing confirmation. A reference identifies the inquiry so retries can be reconciled. We use a keyed hash of the connection address for rate limiting and security; it is not used for advertising. Hosting providers may separately process technical access logs to operate and secure the service.

Optional analytics

When enabled with your permission, Google Analytics and PostHog help us understand page visits, service interest and form completion. Analytics identifiers connect those interactions. Separately, sanitized campaign labels may be saved with your inquiry to help us understand how you found us. We exclude form contents and personal query values from analytics and do not enable session replay. You can decline or change your choice with “Privacy choices.” Your choice does not prevent an inquiry.

Service providers

Our website and inquiry systems use Vercel for hosting, Cloudflare for domain services, Supabase for durable storage and Airtable for inquiry and relationship management. Slack provides internal inquiry notifications. Google and PostHog provide optional analytics. Access is limited to the people and providers needed to operate the service. Data may be processed outside your location, including in the United States.

Retention and requests

We retain information while it is needed to respond, manage an active relationship or meet applicable recordkeeping and security needs. We review information that is no longer needed. You may request access, correction or deletion through our contact form; applicable rights and exceptions depend on your location and the records involved.

No automatic enrollment

An inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter, authorize unrelated marketing or book a meeting. A qualified conversation may lead to a separate scheduling invitation and engagement agreement.
